When this site is accessed, our hosting provider automatically records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, the browser and the operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website. These logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose.

This site sets one cookie named amb_vid when it is first opened. It holds a randomly generated identifier, lasts 30 days, and is used to recognise returning visitors for the visitor and conversion statistics in the store back office.

This site uses no advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel and no other advertising or tracking network. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening this site sends no request to Google.

The store software is provided by Amboras (Amboras, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 84587, Dover, DE 19904, USA). The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave, Ste 4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) and files are stored on Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street, Unit 38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513). They act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

Where a provider or one of its sub-processors is established outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

If a message is sent through the contact form or by email, the name, the email address and the content are processed in order to answer it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract or its initiation, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Messages are deleted once the matter is settled and no retention obligation applies.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Write to hello@valdr.de to exercise any of these.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
